• Multiple bonus offers cannot be used at the same time unless the offer explicitly states otherwise.

Confirming Your Bet

Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled, unless the cash-out or bet edit feature is active and the user chooses to use that option.

If a match is cancelled or abandoned

If a match or event is cancelled, abandoned, or postponed:

• If a bet is cancelled before the match begins, the full stake will be refunded.
• If a match is abandoned before a specified amount of play has occurred after kick-off, the bet will be voided and the stake returned.
• If the result is determined by the Duckworth-Lewis method or any other official method, that result shall be considered final.

Live Betting

Odds in live betting change rapidly. The odds displayed at the time a bet is confirmed are the ones that apply. If incorrect odds are shown due to a technical error, 1winapk reserves the right to cancel the affected bet.

Irregular Betting Activity

Any account found to be engaged in arbitrage betting, use of bots, or any other irregular betting methods will be investigated and may be suspended or permanently closed.

Before a user makes their first withdrawal, or when required for security purposes 1winapk KYC (Know Your Customer) verification may be required. Documents needed:

• Scanned copy of National ID (NID) or Birth Registration Certificate.
• Passport (if available).
• A selfie with a recent photo.
• Proof of mobile banking account verification.

KYC verification is typically completed within 24–72 hours. Withdrawals may be held until this process is finished. All KYC information is kept strictly confidential and used solely for legitimate purposes.
